I (Nicole) started my career in financial planning 13 years ago and found that many of my customers were coming to me in their 50s asking how to retire early. I very quickly realised that most people didn’t have a clue how to manage money well as they had left it waaay too late to make early retirement easy.
Once I started working with them and they realised how easy it is to manage money well once you know how. I found that they then almost always asked me why they weren’t taught this important stuff at school.... And my clients who had kids, always wanted to know how they could make sure their kids learned the most important money management skills while they are still young.
They asked me to recommend good resources for their kids, so I started looking for them and found nothing that covered what they really should know. Quite frankly I got really frustrated with how boring and technical the information out there is...

I decided to dedicate my career to helping young people learn how to get really smart about money so that they could be way better off than their parents. I want them to have their money working for them and for them to be financially free at a much, much younger age than the traditional retirement age.
